Meeting my husband's family was great as always. Daniil got to play with Hill, Todd's newphew, as we set in the shade chatting, people watching, and enjoying the concert happening near by.
Unfortunately, all the pictures I took at the playground turned out blurry. Why do you ask? The answer is Daniil loves to run around. Even when he was little, he enjoyed hiking/running with me and he was not so interested in a playground.
The time flew by. "Well, it's time to head back to the hotel" I said. Daniil was exceptionally fine with that. I think walking, running, and playing did it for him.
On our way back, Daniil once again played on every bench. This time he was really selective about his benches. He decided to exclude me from the bench scouting process. That did not upset me because I got to window shop and take pictures of beautiful architecture and trees covered in moss.
After meandering through the charming streets of Savannah and hearing over and over "THIS IS SOOO AMAZING!", "Are we in Savannah?", "Savannah is AWESOOOME" from Daniil, we finally made it to our hotel room.
What happened later that evening is another story! Savannah Adventures part 3 will complete the sequel shortly.
Have you had any adventures lately? I would love to hear :)
xox,
Ksenia
