Recipe: Sautéed Asparagus with Shaved Parmesan and Fried Egg

I believe the fall has made it to Atlanta officially; it was not gradual. Yesterday the temperature was in the high 70's F and today it dropped to 54F burrr... So it's time to get out my sweaters, go clothes shopping for Daniil {he is growing like a weed}, drink hot chocolate, cuddle with my husband, and cook some yummy heart warming dishes. 

One of the dishes that I would like to try out is a Sautéed Asparagus with Shaved Parmesan and Fried Egg. It sounds so easy to make and does not require 20 ingredients.
